Ink Well Neuropsychology provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults experiencing concerns related to attention, learning, memory, executive functioning, or diagnostic clarification.

Referral Questions Commonly Addressed

Referrals are often made to clarify questions such as:

How to Refer

Professionals may refer individuals by providing contact information for the patient to reach out directly, or by contacting the office to discuss whether an evaluation may be appropriate. Questions about referral appropriateness are always welcome.
